All participants appearing on the Convention program must register for the Congress. If a program participant does not register for the convention, he or she will not be listed in the printed program book. The Program Committee advises each participant of his or her professional and ethical obligation to appear, and also to locate suitable replacements in the event of an unavoidable withdrawal. Participants are encouraged to obtain the funding they need to attend the Congress. Registration fees are not refundable.
