The Regular Sessions Program is arranged around time slots and, within those slots, around thematic areas. It starts off with the sessions scheduled on Saturday July 5th, at 15:00, and with those inscribed in Area 1; and it closes with the sessions scheduled for Tuesday, July 8th at 14:30.
The sessions are named with an alphanumeric code that consists of:
 
-         An initial number (1 to 13) which corresponds to the area number where you inscribed your proposal.

-          One of the three following letters:
 
P = Panel (Individual Oral Presentations grouped by us)
T = Workshops -“Taller” in Spanish- (Proposed as such)
M = Round Tables –“Mesa” in Spanish-  (Round tables or full-group panels submitted as such)
 
-  Number of the Session as it is listed
- Numbers of the proposals constituting the session (Those numbers will be valuable to you in finding the corresponding abstract, in the USB that was given to everyone in the Congress kit)
 
 Example:
13P21: 456, 1265, 874, 902, 56, 723
 This session is inscribed in theme area 13 (HEALTH), panel number 21, which includes oral presentations with registration numbers 456, 1265, 874, 902, 56, 723.
 
ROOMS:  Next to this information, you can find the Room Number and the School (Faculty) where the session is scheduled. The Rooms are also coded:
