  • MEETINGS AND TALKSHOPS: Congress organizers will provide space for different organizations, associations and interest groups to plan meetings and events that are relevant to the Congress theme. Those who wish to do so should inform the Congress secretariat (mainoffice@mmwwo8.org) before February 28, 2008. The petition should specify the day of preference, and the exact text that should be printed on the official program, announcing the meeting or talkshop. 

During the dates of the Congress (July, 3-9) both Participants and Accompanying Persons will have free access to the following services at the Universidad Complutense. 

  • NURSERY FOR CHILDREN (0 to 3 years old), TOY LIBRARY (3 to 12 years old) and eventually, URBAN CAMPS (12 to 17 years old) that will be run by monitors speaking different languages. 

    Price: 4 €/day (no meals included)

    Lunch: 4.55 €

    Opening from 8.30am to 7.00pm
